- How long of a lease am I required to sign?
Storage units at Paradise Self Storage are rented on a month-to-month basis. Your rental with us can be long-term or short-term depending on your needs.
- Do I need my own lock?
You will need your own at all Paradise Self Storage facilities, which you can purchase at the facility. We recommend purchasing a disk or cylinder lock to ensure the highest level of security.
- What security measures are used to protect my stuff?
Paradise Self Storage takes great pride in protecting your belongings and strives to provide state-of-the-art security. We feature electronic gates with coded access, monitored video surveillance, fenced and well-lit facilities, personal locks available for purchase, and more. These features vary by location so contact the facility manager for details about a specific location.
- Are moving cars or dollies provided?
All Paradise Self Storage facilities that offer indoor storage units with access through a hallway have push carts that may be used free of charge. If you need a push cart to transport your belongings, please let the facility manager know, and they will be happy to assist you.
- What are facility access hours?
Our storage facilities have access hours between 6am and 9pm every day with office hours between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
